Improving upon the success of the original Zortrax Inkspire, the Inkspire 2 boasts a larger build volume, a more powerful light engine, intuitive automation features, and when combined with its complimentary post-processing Cleaning and Curing stations an integrated ecosystem designed to streamline 3D printing workflows.

QUALITY APPROVED BY TOP RESIN MANUFACTURERS

The Inkspire 2 is compatible with many advanced engineering resins, including those previously available only for DLP 3D Printers. Zortrax worked closely with brands such as Henkel/Loctite and BASF Forward AM to rigorously test and validate the properties of parts printed using Inkspire 2. The result? In two-stage validation processes, tested printed models using Henkel and BASF resins either matched material properties or exceeded values specified by the manufacturer.

Smart build platform is easily removable and comes pre-calibrated making Inkspire 2 ready to print from right out of the box.
Built-in Resin level control system manages resin transfer from bottle to vat, manages optimal resin dispersion, and automatically senses how much resin is available for print jobs.
Automatic wiper deals with sedimentation in more advanced resins.

INDUSTRIAL-GRADE PROPRIETARY LIGHT ENGINE

The light engine in the Inkspire 2 has been developed in-house from the ground up. Zortrax engineers designed a proprietary array of UV diodes backlighting a monochromatic screen to achieve uniform UV exposure of every single pixel across its large build platform.
